 Lantana
Isofemale lines were collected in Lantana, Florida in 1994. All 125 lines had the haplotype siII: 50 were infected with the wAu Wolbachiastrain and 75 were uninfected. 
    
 Gainesville
Isofemale lines were collected in Gainesville, Florida in March 2002. All 21 lines had the haplotype siII: 20 were infected with thewRi Wolbachiastrain and one was uninfected. 
Tallahassee
Isofemale lines were collected in Tallahassee, Florida in 1999. All 14 lines had the haplotype siII: 13 were infected with thewRi Wolbachiastrain and one was uninfected. 
    
 Iowa
Males were collected in Iowa City, Iowa in September of 2001. All 15 males had the haplotype siII and were infected with thewRi Wolbachiastrain.
