Dar es Salaam Isofemale lines were collected in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania in July 2001. 20 lines had the haplotype siII: one was infected with thewRi Wolbachiastrain and 19 were uninfected. 25 of the lines had the haplotype siIII and were uninfected.
