Nairobi Isofemale lines were collected in Nairobi, Kenya in July 2001. Of the 52 lines, 28 had the haplotype siII: one was infected with the wRi Wolbachia strain and 27 were uninfected. 24 of the lines had the haplotype siIII: 14were infected with the wMa Wolbachia strain and 10 were uninfected..		Malindi Isofemale lines were collected in Malindi, Kenya in July 200. Of the 60 lines, 36 had the haplotype siII: one of those was infected with the wRi Wolbachia strain and 35 were uninfected. 24 of the lines had the haplotype siIII and were uninfected.
