Athens Botanical Garden Isofemale lines were collected in the Athens Botanical Garden, Greece in June 2000. All 54 lines had the siII haplotype and were infected with thewRi Wolbachiastrain.		Chania Isofemale lines were collected in Chania, Greece in June 2000. All 31 lines had the siII haplotype and were infected with thewRi Wolbachiastrain.

Crete Orchard Isofemale lines were collected in the Crete Orchard, Greece in June 2000. All 40 lines had the siII haplotype: 39 were infected with thewRi Wolbachiastrain and one was uninfected.
