Sangoqui Isofemale lines were collected in Sangoqui, Ecuador in December 2000. All 38 lines had the siII haplotype: 22 were infected with the wAu Wolbachia strain, seven were infected with wRi and nine were uninfected.		Rocafuerta/Manabi Isofemale lines were collected in Rocafuerta and Manabi in Ecuador in December 2000. All 37 lines had the siII haplotype: 29 were infected with the wRi Wolbachia strain, one was infected with wAu, and seven were uninfected.
