Brisbane Isofemale lines were collected in Brisbane, Australia in December 1999. All 38 lines had the siII haplotype: 17 were infected with thewAu Wolbachiastrain and 21 were uninfected.		Coffs Harbour Isofemale lines were collected in Coffs Harbour, Australia in December 1999. All 48 lines had the siII haplotype: 32 were infected with thewAu Wolbachiastrain and 16 were uninfected.

Richmond Isofemale lines were collected in Richmond, Australia in December 1999. All six lines had the siII haplotype: three were infected with the wAu Wolbachiastrain and three were uninfected.
